Newcastle park series. Did a lot of really stupid decisions out on the course like bad route choices, ran past the tracks I was ment to go into, etc... A bit out of focus for some reason today.

Sprint day in Sydney harbour where we caught the ferries to and from the different maps all the way up the river to Parramatta. Super fun day out and thanks to Andy for organising! Did five sprints thoughtout the day. Ran the first two hard, the third one a bit slower due to some real navigations error in the beginning. The last two was a bit of a struggle as I was quite tired, but I managed to get through it ok. Logging it as five different session even though all sessions included warm up and warm down to and from the ferries.

Oshea relay with Josh as my team mate. I did the first and third leg - first was a bit longer and third a bit shorter. Felt quite sick all day and didnt feel great out there, but it was still ok and it was fun :) Josh and I managed to take the win too which was great!

Ran over to the oval in Ashtonfield and tried out a hill that Nicola did last week. It took me between 1:40 and 1:45 and the recovery was jogging back down, around 2:30. Did 8 which turned out to be a really good session. A bit surprised about that since I was qute tired after yesterday's session and didn't feel very motivated in the warm up.
