Running57:56 [3] 9.14 km (6:20 / km) shoes: Adidas Adizero Tempo
Intervalls with dad. 5 x 1000 m on the skii track. Felt pretty good! Can't be botherd logging interval time separate, but every interval took around 4:20, one was longer because of a massive uphill.
Club training. I struggled because of the warm weather. Wasn't really focused on the navigation either so just sort of went through the three small courses without really running fast or good.
Hills with Erik and Stina. 4 hills from the big road to the top of Varvsberget, took 7:20 min. Then one Hörnsjön - Varvsberget, took around 4 min. First time ever I did intervals on a bike, that isn't a spinning cycle... Was really fun though and was nice having company. Was also nice looking out over the city everytime we reached the top!

Then after last hill, we ran up to the very top and looked at the amazing view, then down another way back to Christers house.
Yearly hill session from Christer A's house. This hill is sooo tough. Had to walk in the steepest bits. Forgot my garmin at home but think every hill was about 3 minutes.
