Summer Series. Tricky course but think I did pretty good. Had to push it soo so hard in the end to get back in time. Lots of fun, thanks Michele! :)

Ran down to the athletics field with Tracy, plus Kari and Jamie in the double pram. Tracy and I took turns doing laps, so I did my interval when she rested and the other way around. Did 8*400 m with 1,5-2 minutes rest. Did them in 88, 87, 86, 87, 87, 88, 88, 87. Happy that I could keep pretty much the same pace through all the intervals.

Sprint series at Macquarie Uni. Really good area for a sprint, liked itttt! Lost 30 seconds at number 7, didn't get the different levels. Did good apart from that. Should have brought my description out on the course though! Will definitely do that next time.
