Sprint event in Bicentennial park. Really enjoyed the course. Had a lot of route choices and I think I might have gone the slower ways a couple of times. Thanks Mark for a great event!

Hill intervals with tracy. Did the same loop that D've done twice before. Did 4 today. Really exhausting. Tracy was really strong and I had to struggle to keep up.

intervals on a bike at the gym. 5*4 minutes. was a bit tired and didn't push it as hard as i should have...

after intervals. have never done pilates before but it was really fun! some of the things were reallyy really painful. especially the stretching.

did summer series with mum so went pretty slow. at two places i did an extra loop that i did pretty hard, about 15 minutes in total i think. was fun and felt good doing it with SI!
