Felt a bit worn out. Maybe due to warm and humid weather.

Orienteering tempo 44:00 [4] 5.5 km (8:00 / km) +170m 6:56 / km

Hupeli. 5 km course in rather demanding new terrain. Good orienteering and physical feeling was very good too after two rest days. Still it felt hard as it was +25 C, there were a lot of climbing (170 m) and the vegetation was well grown in some areas.

Syömäsijanmäki, 7.6 km course. Mostly quite fast terrain. Tried to push hard, and the feeling was ok. I have started to practice without compass to force me concentrate all the time on map and terrain, and to look far in the distance.
