Cycling 23' + running 6' + orienteering 25' + running 8' + cycling 24'. Jukola-type terrain, 4.3 km course with good warm-ups. Running felt strong, missed about 2 min. Physical feeling was very good, and I did not have any problems with the heat (close to +30 C). Good session!
Hiking/orienteering. Checking my selfmade map. There were a huge clearing on the area that was very nice last year. A shocking sight - not a single tree standing. I run quite long in the heat (+25).
Excellent feeling despite of pain in the leg. This is just what I need: warm weather, easy going. I'll get into top shape by resting enough, doing aerobic training and some fast short sessions.
