Wanted to test my shape by doing the same 7,2 km course than almost exactly one year ago (no flags of course this time). Last year 40:12, today 41:27. Feeling is good at the moment, and the legs are light...

Orienteering tempo 35:30 [4] 5.0 km (7:06 / km)

4,6 km course (H50/H55 course from 2007 http://www.suuntajyvaskyla.fi/reitit/kilpailut/cgi...) Running have felt very difficult after the weekend, and today was no exception. Good orienteering! This used to be one of the few good terrains in Jyväskylä region, but it has become quite horrible due harvesting of large areas. It's stony and heavy. Extremely tired afterwards.
