Ski-orienteering race 1:44:00 [5] 25.0 km (4:10 / km)

Ski-o long. Started quite easily and did good orienteering. About 1,5 min mistakes on first loop (50 min), but started to be tired. Then a crucial mistake on longer leg. My speed got worse and worse, and finally I was just really exhausted. Lost about 10 min on last 3 kilometers. The first loop was good ski-orienteering, but bad slide on skis all the time and very soft tracks were just too much for me today.

Ski-o middle. Just ridiculous start for the race, and mistakes almost at each control. Middle part was ok, but then again lots of mistakes at the end. 6 min totally (don't know about the routes). Skiing felt almost really good today.
