H16/H55/H60 course for practise. Good training and very much fun!

Start of a ski-o season. More or less practice, quite stiff skiing in the cold, and 2,5 min mistakes. Missed some shortcuts...

Middle distance. Started quite ok, and felt better than in the morning, but then orienteered wrong leg and pretty much lost all the motivation. I wasn't mentally present enough. The top of the class goes really fast, so I need a lot of practice. Very tough training day but two lousy performances.

Classic. Felt very much like getting sick after the track training but luckily I was feeling better today. Sore legs of course.

5 x 1000 m / ~ 2 min with increasing speed on track (4:08, 3:54, 3:40, 3:30, 3:15). Improved a lot from last time, and almost managed to keep the same speed than kulukukoira in the last kilometer. Very good session!
