Social hiking in great surroundings 3,5 h of which 1,5 h eating around a fireplace. In the evening I went out for a harder session. I could still feel the sausages in my stomach, but running felt better than in long time. Very nice!

Night-o event, DNF. It is just worthless to go to events like this with this kind of unconcentrated attitude. I started very slowly, then improved a bit, but got lost into just horrible area in 10-11 leg (happy to get out of there alive). Winter has arrived at least for a while. Slippery roads, which affects negatively on my running. My back does not like bad grip on ground.
