O-session in very nice area in central Finland. It felt like orienteering paradise in some parts so I enjoyed very much today! Mostly very runnable surface and varying contour formations. The legs didn't feel too bad either so this was very good training.

Easy cycling. I could still feel that everything is not ok with calf/achilles but towards the end feeling was better. Otherwise good.

Note

50 min massage for the legs. I't been really long since I got massage last time. The muscles were in very bad jam, especially hamstrings and calves. Hurted quite a lot. Hope this will help.
