I had some swelling in achilles/calf-area after yesterday's race and could not run without pain today. I've had some "unhealthy" feelings there every now and then during the summer, and the last week was very demanding for my legs. Hopefully it will get better and not worse.

Kainuu III. Poor physical feeling and mistakes on 2, 3, and 4th control. Didn't have the power to push on soft uphills and 3 min mistakes is too much.

Kainuu II. Very good performance until 15th control. Then I lost my grip badly and was quite disappointed after that. My speed seems to be very competitive now.

My body felt badly beaten after ysterdays race so I needed some easy doing for recovery. A bit longer than planned but I believe this did good.
