B-final. Physically better feeling, got more power out of engine and muscles. Usually I have better feeling in second race of the day and it happened again. O-performance collapsed at the end due to uncertainty with the fences (lost 30 sec during the last 4 min). Good high-speed training day but nothing more.

Tempo run. Good feeling after two easy days. Improved 1,5 min from last time, and was about 2,5 min faster than last autumn. Started pretty easily, but when the uphills started tried to keep effective and fast stride. Excellent!
