Orienteering tempo 1:15:00 [4] 10.0 km (7:30 / km)
Long Jukola-training with kaupoi and apsu. Physically bad day as started to feel exhausted after 30 min of running and it affected also my concentration. Muscles were not recovered from yesterday. Excellent relay-type training in great terrain and warm morning!
Lynx middle. Warm weather and a bit soft feeling before the start but managed to turn heat on. Running was quite strong but did bad mistakes on several places. Lots of good things and promises for the future. The back hurted a bit while warming up, but didn't bother at all during the race.
Moderate intensity orienteering. Planned to took it easily, but the terrain was a bit more demanding so it did not feel very easy. Still some tiredness, but I was quite well focused (no mistakes).
