Hiking 1:25:00 [1] 9.0 km (9:27 / km)

Easy nordic walking. Very stiff at start but got some elasticity while walking...
5 PM

Orienteering 38:00 [3] 5.5 km (6:55 / km)

Moderate o-session - had fun. Still some problems with the grip, but running felt really good. I just have to concentrate on orienteering now.

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2] 1.0 km (5:00 / km)

Strength 1:30:00 [2]

Helped my friends to move to a new house. Lots of lifting during the day, so very good whole body workout.
9 PM

Running tempo 30:25 [4] 7.0 km (4:21 / km) +125m 3:59 / km

Felt just average, but did the same route a bit faster than last autumn, when I felt being in top shape. So I guess everything is fine.

Running warm up/down 8:00 [2] 1.5 km (5:20 / km)

Orienteering 1:07:00 [3] 8.0 km (8:23 / km)

Slow orienteering. The shape is very good (light legs), but need some more training on orienteering and running technique. Well hidden flags on not so exact map is the best way to lose self-confidence, but I'll forget this fast. Build on just doing the right things first!

Running warm up/down 16:00 [2] 3.0 km (5:20 / km)

Orienteering tempo 40:00 [5] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

7,2 km o-course in 40 min in fast terrain. I had good tempo on flat areas, but uphills felt stiff and hard. Did one 45 sec mistake and a few small ones, about 1,5 min altogether. Very good training session!
