Hit my knee to a stone, and it was hurting all the time. Just jogging and walking after that. Bad performance in shitty terrain. Very wet terrain with poor runnability.

Still some problems with hamstrings but the shape is excellent. Got into a nice flow feeling for a while. No limits..

For recovery. Extremely tight & painful hamstrings after the races. Very hard to get legs straight!
