Basic skiing. Haven't had the best feelings on skis lately, and also this time it just didn't start to feel good. I think the legs are a bit too stiff at the moment.

Classic style. Mentally (and physically) tired so I think now it's time to charge batteries for a while, and attack eagerly at easter. I've had tough period at work and got some more stress from training.

Easy skating mostly on the lake (2 h) and a bit faster 40 min in undulating forest. Black dirt under the skis from the previous time so the slide was sticky. Great sunshine!

Tempo run. Running feels pretty strong, but not easy yet. Sort of slow still.

Easy skating. Probably the worst slide ever, at least in some parts. Very dirty tracks and + 5 C.

Basic running. Some tiredness at the end but I'm happy with the touch at the moment.

Pretty easy skating with a few faster periods.

Running 46:00 [4] 11.0 km (4:11 / km)

Tougher running session. First 30 min quite easy speed endurance and then 15 min a bit harder, and the rest just slow jogging. The weather was wet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCMKU9wEShU , and the feelings just like last time on the same course (30min=increasing calf pain, 55min=I will broke my bones soon).
