Long classic. First hour very easily, the second one a bit faster.

Slow classic.

Evening run after a long break from running. The legs felt quite heavy, but this did good. I've had some problems with my back for the last few days.

Quite hard skating. Very much new snow so the tracks were soft and heavy to ski.
