Went out for a run, but the road was just too slippery to do anything. A very short circuit instead.

Running tempo 19:15 [5] 5.0 km (3:51 / km)

5k winter test run. 19:15 (laps: 6:22, 6:22, 6:11 + 0:20 to the finish line). Previous results: 20:46 (31.1.2010). Conditions: zero degrees, mild wind, slippery at times. A bit stiff legs, but the speed was half a minute better on each lap than a year ago. Didn't push all out, so I really have improved.

Started the week with quite easy skiing (if anything can be easy for me at this time of the day).

Running 31:00 [3] 5.5 km (5:38 / km)

Warm-up 10' + 5x100m + 1x50m (every spurt on downhill with almost maximal speed) + cool down. Quite easy session, but the spurts felt pretty effective.
