Orienteering race 38:00 [4] 6.0 km (6:20 / km)

Night-o event. Cool fun again! The body is a bit tired now, but the speed was quite ok though. I did one big mistake (~3 min) but enjoyed the forest and course a lot.

Running warm up/down 22:00 [3] 4.5 km (4:53 / km)

Orienteering race 1:17:00 [5] 12.0 km (6:25 / km) +450m 5:24 / km

Night-o event, 7.7 km, running distance 11.7 km. Extremely tough course with huge amount of climbing!!! Just couldn't found one flag at early part of the course until 6-7 min of searching around a tiny area. Then later run quite a lot extra on one leg. What an event indeed and very hard for the muscles as well!
