Running warm up/down 12:00 [2] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)

Orienteering race 1:17:00 [5] 12.5 km (6:10 / km)

FC-long B-final. The early part went ok, until it got physically tough. The last 1/3 of the race it felt just extremely hard. I was too tired to navigate well and did two big mistakes at the end. Somehow I still enjoyed this race. My left calf muscle was painful during the whole course as I injured it yesterday.

FC-long qual. Quite good performance except two min mistake on 3rd control. Should have pushed harder from the start as the last 3-4 km were too easy orienteering for an FC-race.
