10 AM

Cycling 40:00 [1] 12.0 km (3:20 / km)

To competition center with easy speed. Knee pain.

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2] 1.0 km (5:00 / km)

Orienteering race 1:05:00 [4] 8.0 km (8:08 / km)

O-session in Fin-5, Kisakallio. Didn't like the terrain as the runnability was poor due to stony ground and thick forest. The performance was not too good either, and the body felt quite tired so the speed was mainly very slow today.
2 PM

Cycling 34:00 [2] 12.0 km (2:50 / km)

1 PM

Running 1:00:00 [2] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)

Easy running with the brothers. Checking out some nice spots around the lakefront.
8 PM

Cycling long 1:52:00 [2] 40.0 km (2:48 / km)

Visited the Finland's biggest limestone cave Torhola, which was further away than I thought. Too dark to go inside ;). Anyway this turned out to be quite a long cycling trip. Knee was hurting a bit during cycling, and more when I finished.
