Warm-up for the orienteering.

Sprint-orienteering. This was a good high intensity session. I did a big mistake on third (1 minute!) but otherwise it went quite ok. The running was not the strongest but still much better than two days ago.

Planned to do a 5 k test on track. Started with quite easy speed but the running got worse on every lap. I just lost all the power from the legs, and breathing was difficult so I retired at 3 km (3:41, 3:48, 4:06). I had to walk when coming back home with dizzy feeling. Not good at all.
