Quite long skating in mist, wet, and grey conditions. The last 50 min was a bit faster than the early part. Feeling was good. It's nice to see the snow melting after the long winter.

Slow skating on wet tracks. This was an easy day as my throat felt a bit sore the whole day.

Orienteering tempo 38:00 [4] 6.5 km (5:51 / km)

City-o around home on streets, snowy tracks, and half a meter layer of snow... :) The area was nice including some real forest also. This was a high quality training. Running felt pretty strong and map contact was better than expected.

Warm-up 10', cool down 5'.

Quite tough basic endurance skiing with classical style including a lot of hills. Some tiredness still, but much better feeling already. The day was just perfect!

Classic little faster than I would have needed. Quite tired body and the training felt a bit difficult.
