XC-skiing long 3:05:00 [1] 20.0 km (9:15 / km)

Long easy classical skiing. Quite a lot of the way on snowy ice without tracks so it took a while. Some walking also. Beautiful sunshine. This was a fine long trip lasting about 4 hours altogether.

First time skiing with a map this winter. It went okay, but could'nt push to the limits ue to some health issues. Very goo con itions, an enjoye . I have some problems with my keybor now... ;)

10k classic with a bit tougher constant speed. Felt like a Michelin man so hard to say anything about the shape of the day. -19 c.

Warm-up, running technique+sprints, explosive strength for the lower body and cool down running. My legs almost cramped after only three sets.. A nice but way too seldom occurred session. I try to do more these in the near future.
