Back home again. Mostly aerobic circuit training.

XC-skiing 20:00 [3] 3.5 km (5:43 / km)

..followed by some skiing in the fields. -26 C degrees, so had to keep moving.

Visited Arthur's Seat, an old volcano, in Edinburgh and did quite a lot of sightseeing walking around. Some jogging also.

The Fairfield Horseshoe route at Ambleside, the Lake District in Northern England. Awesome route in perfect sunshine weather! Took about 6 hours to go around.

"City-orienteering" with other boys. Easy course. Some pain in the knee.

Floorball and indoor football. It was fun!
