Night-o. Ok orienteering, but I have lost my shape quite badly during the last weeks. It was a challenge to make it through and I really had to fight against awesome tiredness (when moving like an old lady).
Warm-up + 7 x 2 min uphill / 2 min recovery run down + 1 downhill fast + cooldown. Good session! Tried to keep the stride light and not to go too much on the anaerobic side. Felt effective for thigh muscles.
First time real exercising in 2.5 weeks. Did very good mentally and physically. Nordic walking/jogging with a friend. Heavy working period + broken rib behind. Hope this was a new start of healthier life and training!
