Kalevan rastiviesti, Rokua. Very fast terrain. Very determined and powerful run until final loop. Somehow I lost the grip and missed 2 min. Shit!

Pulkkinen. First 2k behind apsu 3.26+3.23 with quite easy feeling. Then the run declined steadily until finish line. Lost about 2.20 to apsu. Not a good performance but good training. And managed to keep some ethiopian runner behind which is always nice! ;)

Jukola 1st leg, 87th position. Did what I had planned to do - a solid run without mistakes. Excellent! Running felt very good, but I seemed to run out of energy at the end. Accident with headlamp made it a bit harder on last 5-6 legs. Team performance was average this year, finished 107.

Running partly on forest trails 45' + massage 30' for lower body. Took the most difficult map I could find from my archives (Tampere-Jukola training by the way) and tried to read that while running. Oh boy it was hard! ;) Hopefully tomorrow I'll have better grip...

The last hard run before weekend. Managed to do 7k with 125m climb under 4 min/km without pushing to the extreme limits. 1:06 faster than best this far. Looking good!

FC sprint qual. Basic stuff, one 15 sec mistake and average running. 1,5 min to the lead.

B-final. Physically better feeling, got more power out of engine and muscles. Usually I have better feeling in second race of the day and it happened again. O-performance collapsed at the end due to uncertainty with the fences (lost 30 sec during the last 4 min). Good high-speed training day but nothing more.
