Intervals on track. 5 x 1000m (4:03, 3:46, 3:28, 3:18, 3:12) + 1 x 400m (1:07) / 2-3 min recovery. A good day and training session! Couldn't keep kulukukoiras speed at the last kilometer, but it didn't feel bad at all. The 400m was all out, and felt fast.

Quite intensive basic endurance classic skiing incl. a 20km route through undulating landscapes and dark forests. Very good long session.

Classic. Started too eagerly and got strong stomach pain (should have warmed up a bit). Slowed down and went home. I would have had very good feeling, and it is an excellent sign after two rest days.

Skating around the "easy route". Today it wasn't so easy as the legs were tired and tracks a bit soft. And my HR monitor showed 240 m of climbing too.

Intensive basic/speed endurance classical style skiing with a lot of climbing. One of the strongest feelings ever, almost super drive today! The "put the pelvis front" technique that I learned from Juhatus last weekend seems to work very well... ;)

Ski-o FC. Sore throat in the morning but it was a relay day. Started ok, but then long leg on my own. Lost there some time, and a bit of motivation. Didn't feel as bad as the result was, but on the other hand I feel that I wasn't "on the limits" (and you should be when it's as much skiing race as it was today) and maybe I was also a bit afraid of going there when not feeling 100%. I hope not to get badly ill after this.
