Madnaess Run at Deer Grove. There was a foot of snow wet and mushy to run through the whole time. Not my favorite, but since the snow was shit to ski on it was O time. Actually a very fun run when you could but had to stop and walk lots because the snow was exhausting.
Even though there were foot steps to mist of the controls map reading was needed and used cause I don’t like following foot marks in the snow.
Was 4 th behind the leaders early, but when in the Madnaess box I could of skipped 3-4 because of my age, I still got them all.

Back again with the warm temps coming. Skied 2 laps with Steve and than 2 5k loops with Maricel. Was getting slow and I was getting tired from extra drsg on the skis. About 50 degrees when I finished.

I groomed Parkside trail first with the new snowmobile, about 28 miles worth of running the machine to pack down the trail than groom. Nice machine with feet and hand warmers!!
About 2 hours I returned to ski and saw a number people who walked trail already ugh!
The trail was pretty darn good with better classical tracks over the skate lane.
Felt good and keep skiing into the sunset!
