Well this was actually me friends organized runs. Thrillogy series You could do 1-4 loops as many as you like and the loops were 3.66 miles.
My plan was to do 2.
So its pouring rain, I get there just in time to make my way to the start in time. I have been comped for the year thanks to Rich making that map of Parkside for Brian's event last March. Which is the same map I will be putting on a pin punch event this fall.
It was the wet and muddy, but super cool and lots of singletrack and constant standing water on the trail. After each loop there was a river crossing about 60ft towards the finish line. I have gone around before, but since I was already totally soaked it was fun, compared to the 75 meter detour if you wanted that route. The run offered nice food after.
Great way to start a rainy sunday afternoon.

Road riding on my Mt bike. just changed the tube and wanted to test out the new one. This bike 29er is also super comfortable to ride, no numb hand or anything.

First time in 9 years?? That I ran on the track 400’s

Started out slow and picked each one up till the 6 th.

Next week I’ll do it again and the next week till I’m in Norway going to O meets. Hopefully this will motivate me to continue going to the track.

Could not believe how cold it was for riding. Went back home twice for more clothes .

Usual safe 20 route.
Riding makes the hip feel good compared to runnng.
