Track team did a one hour jog-a-thon. I did 28 laps. So boring running on the track so long, but training just the same.

Running 50:00 [3] 5.5 mi (9:05 / mi)

Nice run at Pets single track trails, just across from Parkside. I felt really good out there on a great day. Had to hit the hilly section before I left.

Bristol Woods, yes it was nice and as usual never run into anyone. One of the best kept secrets in Kenosha County.

Running intervals 20:00 [5] 4.8 km (4:10 / km)

Track workout with my team. The workout was 600,800,1000 X 2
200 walk in between and 300 after the 1000. The wind was cold and strong. But sunny and it turned out to be ok. I think my 600,s were 2:21, the 800,s were 3:15 and 3:21.the 1000's were 4:15 or so.
