Track workout with my team. The workout was 600,800,1000 X 2
200 walk in between and 300 after the 1000. The wind was cold and strong. But sunny and it turned out to be ok. I think my 600,s were 2:21, the 800,s were 3:15 and 3:21.the 1000's were 4:15 or so.

I saw a Doctor today about my shoulder and the MRI results shows a tear in the labrum. This is the cartilage around the ball and socket of my right shoulder. It has been feeling better till I biked today. Surgery and long recovery will begin early June. Wearing a sling for 6 weeks????In time for the Canada meets, middle of August I am planning. So not sure what this summer will be like. Hike, no bike. Maybe get a job as a greeter at Walmart.
