Katherine has been sleeping better lately, but unfortunately that's not translating to me having more time to work out. I've been sick, though, so I guess I can cut myself a little slack. Turns out the trick (this time, at least) was to remove the nightlight in Katherine's room. A friend mentioned that she hasn't had any issues with her toddler wanting to get up and wander around in the middle of the night ever since she removed his nightlight and put up blackout curtains, so I figured it was worth a shot.
