push-ups and sit-ups as part of a mock PFA this morning. Sit-ups: 53, push-ups: 25. Not good, but technically passing. I probably won't take the PFA this cycle anyway, as I'm still waived and I have no pressing reason to take it. It's good to have a benchmark as I start doing more dedicated strength and speed work over the next few months, though.

Run portion of the mock PFA. Not quite as bad as I feared, but still a couple minutes away from my goal. Next up: more speed work (planning on 2x a week) and working on my 10-15k endurance.
