Ended up at a different state park than the one I was originally planning on going to, but after a bit of trial and error, I managed to find some nice trails to run on anyway. In a few weeks, I imagine the ticks will be terrible, but for today at least it was really pleasant. Found a roughly 3 mile loop on trails and old vehicle tracks to run, so after exploring a bit, ran the loop twice.
