swimming 35:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (15:00 @4) + (10:00 @5)

warm-up, then 10 x 64yds (the survival training pool is ~32 yards long) on 1 minute intervals (averaging about 12-15 seconds rest on each interval), then 3 x 256yd IMs.
