Similar to all other courses here, map as difficult to read as always. Good to get a hit out, albeit slow.

One set of 5 very shorts taking it easy.

Lap around the block as a warm down rather than another set of intervals.

Mt Alexander Reserve - Hard 2 (M55A)
Wheels well and truly fell off the bus on the way to 8 when I completely ran out of energy so walked the rest of the course, couldn't even mange a sprint finish to come in under the hour. Amazingly didn't finish last.
