The Chimney - Hard Medium
Huge gulf between intent and execution. Legs felt totally shot after yesterday's run, especially the hammies so struggled to run any great distance or pace. Overshot 1 then apart form a bad route choice from 6 to 7 was steady but slow.

Run with Ali & Chris from Browns Waterhole, past Whale Rock, up to Pennant Hills Park, Scout camp (confused on the tracks as always), Thonleigh Oval, down Lorna Pass and back along river. Longest run for a looooong time.
