Run with Ali & Chris from Browns Waterhole, past Whale Rock, up to Pennant Hills Park, Scout camp (confused on the tracks as always), Thonleigh Oval, down Lorna Pass and back along river. Longest run for a looooong time.

Roads to Nowhere - Div 1 (Wianamatta Regional Park)
Foolishly I decided to wear shorts rather than the recommended full body cover. Being Sydney the white wasn't white but scratchy bush. Good little course on a new map in the wilds of the west. Many of the controls were om 0.5m termite mounds that weren't easy to see. Time losses at 3 and 13. Either didn't punch the start or it didn't register, luckily the organisers were good enough to use my start time in the results.
