Pymble Hill
Not feeling very enthused about this as I knew there would be plenty of road running and hills. After some procrastination headed out on the southern loop first hoping to get the worst of the hills out of the way early (1, 12, 13, 22, 23, 4, 15, 24, 19, 27, 16, 29, 25, 17, should have done the out and back to 10 but went 14, 10 (short 'comfort break' stop needed), 3, 9 (out and back from junction took over 1 min so not sure it was worth it), 18, 8, 28, 21, 11 and 2. 470 after a 20 point penalty. The pit stop definitely cost (c20secs) me 10 points and didn't gain anything from going to 9.

Note

Right knee a bit stiff and grazed after taking a spill on Saturday, left ankle sore after going over on it at the O on Sunday.

Just the Pan
Took it steady trying to keep track of where I was. Had a "where the hell am I moment" just before 8. Bad route choices to both 9 and 11 meant I finished well down. Fun, technical course.
