NSW Middle Distance Champs - Blue Gum Hills
Steady run with only significant time lose at the spectator controls where I decided to do my on thing rather than run along the taped route. Lost me a minute and possibly second place. Third place badges for all four of the Shinglers including Nea on her first bush event without being shadowed.

Big Foot breakfast run in Lane Cove Park. Very socialble run around the loop, good to catch up with Jonno & Cakewoman up from the Apple Isle for the weekend and excellent effort from Ally doing the whope loop aged 13. Time is moving time as a few stops.
