Reverse Akuna with Dawn, Peter, Jock and Guenter.
Missed the start again but could see flouro-Jock and managed to catch them.

Reverse Akuna is quite pleasant if you can chat the steep hill.

Forgot to eat before I went out, so was wary of pushing myself on the hills and had nothing left to get onto some fast boys on the highway on the way home.

Very early, but still sweaty run to work. A plague of spiders near the end, had to stop for a wash before crossing the river, think I must have been through about 80 webs on that last bit over the hill.
