LC Fun Run.
Fairly horrible - late night with pizza wasn't great prep, then I got going so late I had to ride there to make the start. Got the route from my neighbour Tim on the start line.

Small muscle pull in my left quad after about 50 meters.. decided to ignore it and it was Ok until now (after the race). Horrible - why do people do this and why do they call them "fun" ?

SOS Blackman Park, long moderate.

Good hitout for me, trying to raise my pace. Simple course, got the few route choices right, only 4 minutes behind the Brooner,E-Wan and Tobby time so maybe running OK, despite feeling pretty overweight running up the first hill (out of the start).

Hunters Hill, far side of river to work. Bit damp after overnight rain, but didn't get too wet until just before crossing back over the river at the end.
