NOC training event Minmi.
Grabbed a v early start, wanted to get a bush O race in this year before Easter to get rid of some rust and cobwebs.

A bit messy particularly leaving controls (no plan), attacking from perpendicularly (no plan) - maybe three controls where I should have aimed off.
Error leaving 1 - E not S.
Small brain-fart 4-5, hit only track en-route and didn't know where i was
6-7 - over conservative attack
7-8 - no plan to get there, just plod on in hope
9-10 - dump, then no plan for attack (aiming off ?)
12 - no plan for attack - aiming off ?
13 - control circle didn't look like I thought it should, should have aimed off east for better AP

Scope for improvement.


Knee not entirely happy, splits would be interesting to see how far off pace I was.

Iggies loop, felt less rusty than yesterday, but had a couple of slips in the damp which made right knee hurt.

Fairylands loop. Felt like I hadn't run for a few months. Still a bit congested.
