Also v team Elk

Snowing pretty hard intermittently, couldn't get my cag off at the start of leg 4, hands too cold.

Great little area and course setting.

run 35:19 [3] 5.37 km (6:35 / km) +129m 5:52 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000 #3

Easy full-tummy run along the river to try to get body-clock synced. Classic November day, crisp, blue sky and this weird brown stuff that gets stuck on your shoes.

Happy to see that Phil already way faster than me.

cycling 17:00 [3] 6.0 km (2:50 / km) +100m 2:37 / km
shoes: Commuter bike

Ride home, short route.
7 AM

run 1:10:04 [3] 10.62 km (6:36 / km) +183m 6:04 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000 #4 (blue)

Great run into work via far side of river. The River Road West brush turkey had a female visiting who had just deposited an egg in his mound, which was pretty cool to see, them both fussing over the hole.

Then I saw a swamp wallaby just in the bit of bush above Magdala Park. To get there it must have either crossed Epping Road and the river. Good work wallaby.

cycling 30:00 [3] 10.0 km (3:00 / km) +100m 2:51 / km

Ride to work, really must tighten up brake cables on that bike.

weight:73.5kg shoes: Asics GT 1000 #4 (blue)

Run home from work, fairly slowly, feeling a bit under-fed.
