Sprint O Georges Heights.

Shocker - two big mistakes, albeit on areas where map was a bit odd.
30+ seconds at #3, must have run past the (mini) flag en route to unmapped open rock.

90+ seconds at #12 - missed tiny track, but should have realised mistake much faster.

Solo reverse Akuna. Incredibly muggy - clouds of moisture in the NP, every hair on my arms had its own drop of water.

Saw Cam and Carol near end of loop as they started down and Nick at Pattisons.

Started from LC after school drop-off. Not too hot for first 40 minutes.

33rd day of 26C+ temperatures. Probably the heat interrupted sleep is the most disruptive thing, although exercising in the day is hard sweaty yakka.
