Test out theoretical new ride to/from work.
Few more pinchy climbs than current route, lot of rolling downhill.

OK at 6 on a Sunday morning, not sure how it will be in commuter time.

Rogaine with Mark. Let down a bit again by bad planning - wasted time colour coding controls when it was obvious we could get almost all of them. Actually thought we'd planned a pretty good route until I talked to Andy H about their route.

Ended up running a k further than the winners for 100 points less (skipped #103). Tight hamstrings from about 3 hours, after a major refuel stop.

3rd in class, 7th outright. Last year 2nd and 4th respectively.

Various tasks and soccer.

Soccer.
Well warm (30+) and humid in the gym.
Tight first half with Costa saving our bacon a few times in goal. We got a scrambled goal just before half time. Got my head to a few long clearances but one missed by miles and keeper got t'other.

Good second half, made it 4-0. I added to my tally of misses with a right foot volley right at their keeper.
