Metro League, Manly Dam - no Shingo this time.
Managed to run fairly hard, course was pretty good for this area, despite my reservations beforehand.

Lost a bit of time at #1 (route choice), #6 (picking through track network and rocks) , #11 (cut to road route belatedly).
