orienteering race 41:29 [4] **** 6.0 km (6:55 / km) +100m 6:23 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#2)

Xmas 5 days, Kahlis Rocks.
Couple of mistakes in the easier sections, 90 degree error from 5 to 6, then misread map at 17. Tiny bit messy in the rock, one good leg.
Consciously not running too hard in the open, not quite 100% ATM

Xmas 5 days, day 1. Sprint at CSU Orange.
Lost significant time at 3 - hadn't read map well enough and had to go back on myself once, then was confused about crossing the garden near control. Lost time at 16, path route turned out to have possibly uncrossable wall.

Still feeling pretty lousy,but went reasonably fast.

Over to W Lane Cove to collect a parcel then to/from work.
